  1. Membership Cancellation
  • User-Initiated Cancellation: You may choose to cancel or deactivate your profile at any time through your account settings. However, please note that deactivating your profile does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of your subscription.
  • System-Initiated Termination: 99MarriageGuru reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if we find a violation of our Terms of Use (e.g., providing false information, harassment, or commercial use of the platform). In such cases, no refund will be issued.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided to our premium database, contact details, and communication tools:

  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial-term membership periods or unused features.
  • Immediate Access: Once a payment is processed, the premium features are activated instantly; therefore, the service is considered “consumed.”
  1. Exceptional Cases

While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider a refund request under the following limited circumstances:

  • Technical Errors: If a technical glitch on our end caused a double payment or an accidental duplicate subscription.
  • Unauthorized Transaction: If you believe your card was used fraudulently, please contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and process a refund if the claim is verified before the service is utilized.

If you find your life partner through our portal (congratulations!) or elsewhere before your subscription period expires, we do not offer a pro-rata refund. Your success is our goal, but the membership fee is for the “opportunity and access” provided during your search.
