- Membership Cancellation
- User-Initiated Cancellation: You may choose to cancel or deactivate your profile at any time through your account settings. However, please note that deactivating your profile does not automatically entitle you to a refund of any unused portion of your subscription.
- System-Initiated Termination: 99MarriageGuru reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without notice if we find a violation of our Terms of Use (e.g., providing false information, harassment, or commercial use of the platform). In such cases, no refund will be issued.
- Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our services and the immediate access provided to our premium database, contact details, and communication tools:
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds or credits for any partial-term membership periods or unused features.
- Immediate Access: Once a payment is processed, the premium features are activated instantly; therefore, the service is considered “consumed.”
- Exceptional Cases
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, we may consider a refund request under the following limited circumstances:
- Technical Errors: If a technical glitch on our end caused a double payment or an accidental duplicate subscription.
- Unauthorized Transaction: If you believe your card was used fraudulently, please contact us within 24 hours. We will investigate and process a refund if the claim is verified before the service is utilized.
- Policy for “Success Stories”
If you find your life partner through our portal (congratulations!) or elsewhere before your subscription period expires, we do not offer a pro-rata refund. Your success is our goal, but the membership fee is for the “opportunity and access” provided during your search.
